1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website or booking a service with Copper State Pressure Washing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Water Source The client agrees to provide Copper State Pressure Washing with an on-site water source (standard outdoor spigot) at no additional charge for the duration of the service.

3. "Pre-Existing Conditions" & Damage Liability (CRITICAL SECTION) While we use professional "Soft Wash" methods to ensure safety, Copper State Pressure Washing is not responsible for damages due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

• Loose Stucco/Siding: Oxidation, loose mortar, or improperly installed siding that may dislodge during cleaning.
• Cracked Concrete: Existing hairline cracks that become visible once dirt is removed.
• Oxidation: Faded paint or siding oxidation that becomes apparent after the dirt layer is washed away.
• Water Intrusion: We are not responsible for water intrusion caused by open windows, defective seals, or door gaps.

4. Pet & Plant Safety While we use eco-friendly chemicals, the Client is responsible for keeping pets and children inside during the service and for at least 2 hours after completion to allow surfaces to dry. We will rinse plants before and after service, but we are not liable for sensitive landscaping issues unless due to gross negligence.

5. Payment Terms

• Residential: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept [Credit Cards, Cash, Check].
• Late Fees: Unpaid invoices after [7] days are subject to a [10]% late fee.

6. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service window may be subject to a $[50] cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern. No refunds will be issued; re-cleans are the sole remedy.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
